Snowstorm for Southern Ontario Later This Week?

A low currently in the southern states will continue its trek around the country and will eventually hit a soon to be stationary low that will hover around the east coast. The collision of these two lows could create a blizzard for parts of the United States and also parts of Southern Ontario. One of the factors that can stop a potential blizzard from occurring is warm temperatures. This could very well happen in the area I circled as blizzard. Even with the temperature possibility in the area I circled, we can be sure that the area around the circle labeled as heavy snow will not be affected by a temperature change and therefore could easily see 6 - 15 inches of snow. It is still premature for me to hand out snowfall accumulations so please keep checking back for future updates. The time frame for this potential blizzard/winter storm will be from Thursday - Saturday.

The second thing I just briefly want to touch on is the storm currently affecting Southern Ontario. Bursts of heavy snow are affecting Southern Ontario at this moment and will continue to do so until late tonight and Tuesday morning. Please check the previous post for snow accumulation predictions.
